Interesting little table

Couple hundred years old. Gilded and painted. I stablelized the gilding which is on a white base over wood. Then it's painted. The puddy areas are missing white base. I used a 2 part wood epoxy to fill. After sanding I'll seal with a yellow ocher add gold and match paint.

Rather unique table. Which is better then weird. Interested to see it completed.
