    Natural edge curly maple bowl/platter

    This wood was saved from Craigslist as "firewood". I went to check it out, hoping for turning wood, and this is what I found.


    Roughly 13-14" at the widest point. The finish is Minwax Antique Oil.

    You might not have maple, but you have stuff that we don't get here! I'd love to have some of the (red) eucalyptus that seems to be popular in so. CA.
