I've screwed this up twice this morning... maybe I can get it right this time.. I've been trying to say that I don't do bowls as well as you guys, but I think I have the peppermill thing figured out pretty well. Here are a few that I have ready for an upcoming show.

Those are great, Chuck. I especially like the center one on the top row. I've done several pepermills in thepast but it's been a while now. Those make me want to do another one or three!

Nice pepper mills Chuck! I can't let LOML see these until I am ready to try one or I'll never hear the end of it. What suggestions would you make for a 1st time pepper mill turner?

Nice job, Chuck. Those should do well at the show.

Ditto here...I've got two pepper mill kits and two salt mill kits, but I haven't done anything with them yet. Any tips or tricks?

I really enjoy making the mills. I am a big advocate of the crush/grind style of mechanism because they are more forgiving on dimension, other than that, the best suggestion I can make is have fun with them.

Duuuuuuuuuude, Those are fantastic..... :clap::clap:

Do you have any problems holding the crush / grind in?
I have been wanting to try one, but didn't know how well they would anchor in place.

I usually epoxy the grinder in at the bottom and the cap piece. I started out using a thick CA, but I didn't really trust the CA and have had one that the cap piece pulled out. None so-far with the epoxy.

Also, I don't have the problem with the epoxy running and freezing up the grinder :(:(
