when i make multi-pain cabinet doors i`ll assemble `em as regular cope-n-stick doors only no panels, sand `em flat and rout the majority of the back of the sticking cut off with a rabbiting bit. whats left is round corners like so;
to mark the lines to chisel is a fussy thing using a square or straight edge so i pick up a scrap off the floor and take `er to the chopsaw like so;
place the scrap into the corner like so;
and marking both sides of the corner is pretty painless and quick.
