    hole punch

My husband spoils me or maybe he just likes a challenge. I needed a punch for my scrapbooking and this is what he came up with.

First, Welcome to the Family Dawn.

Second, I think you spoiled us with your first post including a photo! Looks like that hole punch would work great. Is that cedar?

Welcome to the family Dawn, and yes I think that your husband wants to spoil you or maybe he's preparing the terrain to buy more tools with your approval
    Best regards,
    Toni

Looks real nice, and I'll bet it's comfortable to use. Congrats to your hubby, and welcome to the clubhouse.

Hey, I recognize that!! That is from a cedar limb from my moms house. The point cover is the branch from that knot at the back end.

    Welcome to the family, Dawn.

That punch is perfect...a nice, big rounded handle and a cover for the pointy end...great.

But, knowing turners like I do, your hubby is probably just softening you up for his next tool purchase...probably a new gouge, or a scroll chuck or even a new lathe. Be sure and post pictures of it, too.
