    Jumping in

    Hi wood people,
I'm a hand carver, currently working on a full size carousel animal for the
Brass Ring Carousel of Albany, Oregon (an alpaca) and a 1/2 size pinto pony for my self. I carve in the round, usually. I'll use a band saw to cut my own blanks and do all the painting and sealing except for the Albany project, where we have others for the painting.
Live in Sprngfield, OR with husband. Retired from So Cal. All chldren grown and on their own. Professional watercolorist and oil painter for 42 years, just love the new venue of wood carving!
