IF MY BODY WERE A CAR

IF MY BODY WERE A CAR...

If my body were a car, this is the time I would be thinking about trading it in for a newer model. I've got bumps and dents and scratches in my finish, and my paint job is getting a little dull ... But that's not the worst of it.

My headlights are out of focus, and it's especially hard to see things up close.

My traction is not as graceful as it once was. I slip and slide and skid and bump into things, even in the best of weather.

My whitewalls are stained with varicose veins.

It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed.

    My fuel rate burns inefficiently.

But here's the worst of it --

Almost every time I sneeze, cough or laugh.... .

Either my radiator leaks or my exhaust backfires!

What about putting yourself on the hands of a classic car collector/restorer?
    Best regards,

Very good, Chuck. I needed a good laugh. Unfortunately, I can relate to everything you wrote!

Aren't they called Massage Therapists? (I love mine)

I had to laugh the other day because mine told me "I don't seem to be making any progress, I think its best that you go to someone else so that you get better." Silly MT. I don't see her to get better, I see her to stay going.
I have no intention of traveling from birth to the grave in a manicured and well preserved body; but rather I will skid in sideways, totally beat up, completely worn out, utterly exhausted and jump off my tractor and loudly yell, "Wow, this is what it took to feed a nation!"
