I am building a grandfather clock and I while working on mounting the movement and dial face the dial face fell to the floor But luckily it landed flat on the face and did not bend . But, numbers 1 -8 fell off the face. They were just glued on so I guess I can just glue them back on, and no one will know the difference. So here is the question. What is the best glue for this? Both the face and the numbers are solid brass. I was thinking super glue, but I really don't want to screw this up by picking the wrong glue. What would you recommend?
