As a non-turner, I'm curious... when you have off-center hats like the ones in this photo, are they turned separate and then glued together, or is it one piece with some of that funky off-center turning I've seen other folks do. :dunno:

That is an excellent question Art, and having had Nick as a demonstrator at our WoodTurner's Club, I would say he does it in two stages changing the axis.

if thats the case your always helping him then cuz from the sounds of things your good at all of it and he well we wonbt go there but its evident :rofl:
