    holiday stupidity

I shouldn't have drank eggnog and eaten bean dip right before bed. The heartburn hasn't hit just yet, but I've got quite a gurgly tummy and can't sleep. Laying down further would probably lead to said heartburn, so here I am posting more at 0400.

Larry - Your post brings back the memories of the propane rail tanker car explosion we had a few years back. I was unemployed at the time and even though I was pretty sure we were far enough away that the other cars went too we'd be ok I still packed the dogs into the truck and drove two towns away for a nice long breakfast. Liquefied flammable gases frighten me. Especially when they're sitting next to a great big fire!

Eggnog and bean dip? I don't even want to think about the possibilities.

I think I'm still alive. We're having a nice bland chicken and rice soup today. Never looked forward to bland chicken and rice soup so much before.
