    Dovetail jig

I was thinking last night that maybe I could use the jig to make smaller dovetails. It uses a guide bushing and I was thinking that maybe I could just get a smaller bit for thinner wood. A few weeks ago when trying to make a box I found that the1/2 dt is to big for 3/8" thick wood. Any ideas?

Never mind I found a plate for my jig online for smaller joints.
