    rippled ash platter

    hello folks
    heres a platter i did recently- a fellow woodturners wife had done some excellent pyrograph work on his platters and so i cheekily asked if she would like to work her magic on mine heres the results

    That's beautiful George!! I like the way she worked the spalting to look like a hill for the fence to follow. What a talent your friend has!

    That is really nice, selection of wood, turning and pyrograph. Some people are simply talented.

    Wow! it is good to have talented friends. Nice job on the turning and excellent pyrography by your friend's wife.

    i do -but it did cost me a spalted beech vase blank
