    Pop Up Bench Stop

Someone was helpfully responding in some other thread that I cannot remember by providing pictures. In one of the shots I noticed his bench stop (which was not the topic being discussed). Whoever you were, thanks. Threaded inserts and all thread (or some hanger bolts but I didn't have any handy), some cams (or knobs) a piece of scrap and presto:

Thanks for posting this. Great idea, you going to take credit for it or did you do as we do and absorb the idea from another

I saw it in the background of a pic on this forum. I'm hoping whoever that was will chime in and take credit. His was the width of the end of his bench. He was responding in that thread with a pic to help someone out and his bench just happened to be in the picture. Then Chris had this post about theaded inserts and one thing led to another ;-)

That's one of the few pop ups that I'd appreciate.

Don't recall having posted a picture which might have included this, but I have a similar one on mine, though not executed quite so nicely as yours.

I do like those cam locks you used.
