    new sander

    i picked up my jet 10-20 plus sander today. can't wait for the weather to clear up to put it to good use.

    Hey Dan, I have older Performax model (same thing) and like a lot -- just remember you can't take a lot off in a pass -- I usually go 1/4 turn at a time.

    Also, make sure the drum is parallel to the base -- a finicky adjustment but very doable. When you tighten the lock screws it moves so loosen them just enough to adjust!
