    Mappa burl cabinets....Phase II update cabinets installed

    Here are some pictures of the first set of cabinets I already finished that go with the cabinets that you see in my shop tour. The veneer is mappa burl with gloss black trim. The drawer slides are soft close along with the door hinges. The finish is puritain pine with cherry gel stain appliedover top,then sealed and another coat of puritain applied over top with 3 coats of satin lacquer. I staill have to make the black trim for the glass doors.

    WOW i thought i saw a veneer job in your shop tour!!!! and that is one sharp cabinet,, how did you apply the veneer? bag or just clamps?

    Vacum bag and cold press glue. This was my first veneer job.
