You must be kidding me! No one has that amount of talent! Gorgeous! Super well done Paul.
I completed my cart. Now I have to figure how to get it out of the shop and into the family room (aka, my man den)!!

Geez, Jay, this thread must have set a record for being around for over 5 years! I guess once I get back into the swing of it, I should start back on my project!!
I just saw on the Busker Organ forum there is a gentleman. Ronald Williams that is doing a series of videos on Youtube on building the Senior 20. I have not watched all yet but what I have watched seems pretty good. Might be worth a watch, especially if you are currently building a Senior 20 or a Busker.
Ron has been out here about a dozen times and he is doing a pretty good job on the videos. He has a super nice shop also. Been trying to get him to join the forum but no luck yet.

Larry the shaft only goes through on the pulley side. You will make a bearing block on the inside for the other end and the shaft just bumps up agents the sideHi getting back on my build.
Are there any photos of the Idler shaft in the pressure? Does the shaft go all the way through?
Thanks
