    DP Drum Sanding Fence

    Most of you have seen this or something like it. For those who haven't or those who (like me) forgot.

    Mill a piece of wood and drill a hole in it a bit bigger than your drum. Position the "fence" so the side of the drum is just a bit proud of the opening.

    I marked up a piece of ash with some saw marks in it.

    Take a few passes and its nice and clean (and still straight).
