    Extra shop work

    I received 5 large antique painting to repair , tears and clean on saturday. This kind of shop work I like. lets me use some brains that are in storage. LOL

    I'll post some pic's later.

    LOL, well I would get my camera but it's in the van and it is pouring down rain.

    Ok Alan, here you go

    The 1st painting has the most damage and will need repair and touch up

    All the painting need to be cleaned and 2 of them need to be re-stretched.

    I learned most of this work from a College professor. I probably done about 200 painting, these are about avg for what I usually see.

    I will also have some repair work to the frames and I hope to get the gilding work as well.

    The fan is made from Mother of Pearl and I know the lace is very brittle because I have 2 of them and the lace work fell apart. Most likely late 1700's
