    Wood carversa

    Any carvers intrested in carveing a peice of vinly board? I need to have a window header made. Im me if intrested. Mods, if you need this moved that is fine.

    Wouldn't mind giving it a try, but I'm too far away and that's not the size of a dove though

    May I ask what for and why? I can think about at least two different ways of getting it if what you need is an unprutescible material for that window.

    Toni, here is what I am looking for. The size would be around 10" heigth and 25" long and I will need two of them. Migth just go get a few carving tools and give it a try.

    That should be very easy to carve. Look at the tutorial I did on carving a fan and you should be able to extrapolate to that. I have some tutorials on carving a shell (different kinds of shells) there, also. Some of the techniques used there may help, also.

    Thanks Mike. I am going to bear rockler saturday, so Iwill pickup a few carving supplies.
