    My First Maple and Padauk

    Lidded bowl measuring 4-1/2" diameter X 1-3/4 deep.
    Finished with 6 coats of Minwax Clear Satin Poly and
    polished with Hut Ultra Gloss.
    As always comments and or suggestions appreciated.

    Really nice work. I do have one question. It looks like a little discoloration around the small inlay in the top of the lid. Is that me or maybe just the picture.

    That is some beautiful work Les, Little boxes are one of my favorite things to turn, you outdid yourself and a super finish.
