    Proxxon disc

I have a proxxon long neck grinder for the sculpturing I do, and I need a reasonable source to buy the disc. They have always been expensive so I just buy one at a time, but they have jumped in price (like everything else) and I was wondering if any of you have a grinder like this and if you have found blades for under 40 bucks.

    Thanks Bill

Not sure, exactly, what you are looking for Bill. Perhaps a picture, or two, would help.

Tony, this page shows the grinder, and the wheel in question is at the bottom of the page:

    Thanks guys.

Expensive little buggers, heh? I have never worked with one but it looks decent.

Tod, I would imagine it will have either 1/2" or 5/8" arbor hole, but I didn't look yet. But with only 2" diameter, he won't be able to find a chain wheel, I don't think they are made that small.

King Arthur's Tools sells a chain wheel which is supposed to fit the Proxxon.
