now wait just a minute...
tenon... isn't that just a section of a board trimmed to fit into a mortise? right? why couldn't you just fire up the RAS with dado stack since that's one job the RAS is very good at... and simply remove the stock you need from each side of the tenon? as for cutting the shoulders.. you have a bandsaw don't you?
or, come use my tenoning jig (well, ok, let me Use my tenoning jig for you...)
