    New additions to my shop!

    I went to Grizzly today and picked up a New G0548Z 2hp Dust Collector with the 1 Micron Canister Filter, the G0572 Hanging Air Filter with Remote Control and a Milwaukee 5625, 3-1/2hp Router for the Router Table. Spent a bunch but I needed the Dust Collection Stuff real bad. Should work real well in my small shop. Now I just have to put it together and get the ducting figured out and run.
    My plan is to learn to build furniture and I am going to be self taught.

    Since it hasn't happened yet, it's not real. Where will the dust actually go? Jim. (who started most of this reply about 3 hours ago)

    Yup, that's a nice haul indeed. You're gonna enjoy all three of those additions.

    Here's a modification you might want to consider for your DC. I swear by it in mine. I haven't had to clean my filter once since I made the change to my DC:
