my birthday present from my wife...

finally i have it! it took a while, since there was some confusion over the transaction (wife and sis in law ordered it online). i gave it a test run today, and it took an ugly piece of walnut and after a couple of light passes, it was smoother than a baby's bottom. what better way to say i love you, than with the gift of power tools?

well I know it can't be mine, unless she unbolted it from the stand I have mine on...

workhorse planer there, you'll get many many many boardfeet of smooth out of it.

whoops, helps if one looks at the big picture... Not my brand or model, but what I said still stands.

She deserves a great reward, Go spend hours in the shop and leave her alone as a reward for her kindness.

i will be spending hours in the shop, by her command. after she had seen the wine bottle holder prototypes that i made, she wants me to make more of them, more cheese boards, and other little items for xmas gifts.
