    Okay Larry, here's a quick-pic of somethin i made from your wood. I even named it after you. Spalted red maple, with desert ironwood, about 7"across. I made another one very similar, out of the same chunk, a while back but with more character in the spalting/grain, but I cant find it. I think it's one of the pieces I loaned to the local library for a little art exhibit they are having.

    another fine use of some spoilt wood barry th desert iron trim work is a nice touch as well.. how far away from don are yu?

    Depending on what size map U got were anywhere from 1 inch to several inches apart..
