    1 pen, 2 knots

This pen is my most expensive commission to date. It is a Sedona rollerball plated in Titanium Gold turned with a piece of chocolate sent to me by my friend Larry. (you all know who I mean!)

The knots are made of a sandwich of .0050" tooling copper and Bk Wh Bk pickguard! The finish is 6 coats of CA/BLO.

It feels great to sell a pen,
It feels even greater to give one to a friend!

God and family, the rest is icing on the cake. I'm so far behind, I think I'm in first place!

Sheesh Mac, Most folks, (me included) couldn't even "Tie" a knot and make it look like that, much less turn one. Absolutely amazing.

    Superlatives fail. Simply outstanding.
I do hope you charged enough for that. Folks don't appreciate things sold to them to cheaply.

    Great pen Mack!

How did you do the knots? Inlaid? or sandwiching them with the wood and turning it afterwards?
    Best regards,
    Toni
