Rockwell contractor saw bearing

Jim,
I did the arbor bearings on my Rockwell/Delta unit (34-400 series). It isn't fun, but can be a one man job. I pulled the motor with the plate and the extension wings. I unbolted the cabinet from the stand. Then I was able to turn the cabinet over on the stand by myself. Once on it's back it was easy to work on.

Hope that helps,
Wes

I used the exact same procedure on a late 50's model Craftsman Contr. saw.
