here are some shots of a fairly simple glue-up using the vacuum bag.
the glue-up consists of 3 96x16 layers of 1/4" bending luan and one layer of 1/4" mahogany.....the form is a 1/4 circle with a 60" radius....being as i only need one of these pieces and a perfect radius isn`t required i opted to use a form outside the bag which saved me about 150 bucks in form building material......here`s pics.....tod
