the other weekend, some friends of ours were at our dad's house, and the gal liked our dad's shed so much, she thought that with a few modifications, it would make a nice playhouse for her granddaughter. needless to say, i was volunteered to make the sketchup drawing with the modifications. the actual size without the front porch is 10 ft by 12 ft. she wanted pink with white trim, so, enjoy!:rofl::rofl:

dan steer then away from 1/4" Ply, wont last long and if they are going to drop enough change to make this struture protect it with some better siding.. and the frt porch needs a over hang both ways and the vent or small window like don said in the gable..:D:thumb:

For siding, if they're gonna use plywood, T-111 (sawn grooves to look like vertical boards) would be better. It comes in 3/8" and 1/2", and doesn't cost a whole lot more than plain ply.

I think adding the lines on the gable and perhaps some of the white trim going up to the eaves would help. A vent would probably be good too on each end to keep it cooler in the summer months. Looks good though.
