    Spalted elm HF

    This piece is ~ 12" tall, the collar is walnut. It would have been a little taller but I had a catch while hollowing and broke the bottom off. Fortunately it happened before I got near the bottom on the inside. The wood was too pretty to throw away. The wall thickness is ~5/16". The picture is not so good but you can see what it looks like.
