Well, I hope the Mods and other Admins forgive me, but I guess it's time to show the rest of the members what it's really like behind the scenes here at Family Woodworking.
First off, any Internet forum is only as good as the servers it's running on. Here's our server farm, which is in an undisclosed location for security purposes:
Here is our team of professional programmers and database experts hard at work, keeping things running smoothly:
Now a few people have mentioned that being a Moderator is hard work. Indeed, it is, but there are a few perks. We have the Moderator's Lounge:
And the Recreation Room. (That's Jeff Bower jammin' to some Led Zepplin in Guitar Hero):
Of course, the pool area:
Who can forget the Beverage Bar:
Since we need to be able to get to meetings in a timely manner, we all get Forum trucks for our personal use:
Of course, we all have individual private offices. I'll just show a few to give you an idea of what they're like. Here's Bill Lantry's:

Now the Moderating does have some work involved, but we try to carry out that work with respect for the powers entrusted to us by the members. Here are a few of the Mods, debating the finer points of religion and politics:

Of course, hard feelings don't last too long, and before you know it, we're all one big happy family again:
