    Zero Clearance Circular Saw

Since I typically break down my sheet goods using my circular saw. I think I'll be adding this to my next project list. I've got some left over delrin (slick but hard plastic) that I may put on the edge rather than the hardwood strip.

I liked the fact that it allowed the blade guard to close still.

So Steve...What's the story with the bandaged thumb?

Table saw kick back. No major damage, just pride and about 1/16 of the thumb. If I am doing something that is risky, I run the blade low as possible. Just in case. Good thing, huh?

Steve, I've almost got that same picture of myself. I tried to cut a cove in my left middle and ring finger using the router table a few years ago.
