    winter project is finished...

    ...and now for about 6-8 weeks of aging. ladies and gents (you too larry), i present the class of 2009. 15 - 16 oz, and 19 - 12 oz bottles, for a grand total of 3.7 gallons of good stuff.

    Nice! Nice nice! I may hafta' tap (pun) into your knowledge a little later on - I'd like to do some microbrewing. In years past I've made some diamond-hard cider (take the paint off a smallblock 350), but I've not done beer yet.

    I wonder if I can talk the exie out of all that glassware & "kit"... she'll never make cider.

    Very cool - never been a huge fan of mico-brews, myself - but I think it's pretty cool you can make it yourself with kits!
