Nice! Nice nice! I may hafta' tap (pun) into your knowledge a little later on - I'd like to do some microbrewing. In years past I've made some diamond-hard cider (take the paint off a smallblock 350), but I've not done beer yet.
I wonder if I can talk the exie out of all that glassware & "kit"... she'll never make cider.
