Maple Craftsman Dining Table Build

I thought I saw a pig fly past my window this weekend and now I understand why. I guess I will have to deal with all the unfinished projects I have.

Looks like I managed to procrastinate another 1.5 years on this project since the last progress....

Well, Well, What's this, a pile of maple all cut up sort of leg sized?

Have to do some more milling work on these tomorrow, but getting some work done on the base!

Hah!

Well, I am making progress finally, and Sharon at least has faith now, since she ordered the chair's. The chairs come un-assmbled and unfinished, so that will be a good project for us to work on together.
 
Ordering chairs is a good route to go.
while simple maple chairs like that picture are not difficult, they are very, very time consuming, and a ton of cutting, milling, finishing etc.........I don't think Ill be making any more chairs.
