    Freud FT2000E - $86

    I have never used this router but at the price, it could be a spare.

    Darn it all! I wish I needed another router!

    I'll bet that 7 1/4" CC blade works great on the router!

    Of course. That's why it's variable speed. Let's check the manual for the speed recommendation for a 7-1/4" bit . . . .

    I've got one - it's really a decent router for a table. That's a DANG sight less than I paid for mine. The springs are awfully stiff for handheld use unless you take one out... in which case the one remain spring really isn't quite enough. It wants longish bit shanks to clear the base - that or a bit extension. I've done a fair amount of panel raising with mine...
