    Making 8/4 walnut

    Quick question..I have a lot of 4/4 walnut but am in need of 8/4 for chair legs.
    Would gluing 2 4/4 face to face work....or might you have a better solution? Thanks in advance

    If you don't mind a seam showing it will work just fine. I'd probuly put in a few dowls to help with alignment during glue-up
