    ER Reports...Food for Thought

Here's a database with over 300,000 Emergency Room injury reports.

    ER Database

Do a search on table saw or ladder or other things we use regularly. I was pleased to see relatively few entries for "lathe" or "drill press".

Fair Warning: There are some injuries listed that might not be 'Family Friendly'. Gotta wear your big boy jeans if you check the list out, but it's pretty interesting stuff IMHO.

God and family, the rest is icing on the cake. I'm so far behind, I think I'm in first place!

    Interesting.
I looked up 'shot' and 'gun'. Extremly small percentage in those categories and many, possibly more than 50%, were things like 'bb gun; pellet gun; staple gun, etc.

Interesting if you search on just 'saw' how many youngsters get hurt with chain saws. Where are your parents!?!

I've been saying for years those things are dangerous. Hence my WirelessRouterStop technology.

Suprisingly there were almost 3 times as many bandsaw and miter saw accident as there were table saw accidents.
