Just a query... you mention Birdseye Maple, and the Waterfall Bubinga...
I really like the Kevazingo or Rotary Cut Bubinga; it's also great because it's easy to get in large sheets for large areas, rather than fiddling around with slices of burl. Are there any other rotary cut woods that I should be looking at that are like Waterfall / Rotary Cut Bubinga?
Just wondering if there is anything similar... what I need is an Amazon style "Customers who bought Rotary bubinga also brought..."

For reference... this is where I bought my veneer from: they have a big warehouse just outside London, with pallets everywhere stacked high with veneer. A nice place to visit and very helpful:
