    Blanks from Tokyo Stu!

Hey, I almost forgot about this!

Some very finely milled and packaged blanks from Stu!

    Thanks Stu!

This looks and feels like a very nice dense wood. The light color makes me think these would be quite suitable for a little bit of dark contrasting wood in a cross or diagonal fashion.

    Awesome!

Congrats on the blanks. That Stu is ok I don't care what Vaughn says about him.

Funny thing Bernie, Vaughn said the same about you, too. (just kidding)

Nice blanks Brent. Looking forward to seeing what you make with them.

Yep, nice wood indeed, it is Blue Keyaki, or Blue Zelkova, a type of Elm, the one orange colored piece is Japanese Evergreen Oak. I look forward to seeing them in pen form

I don't worry about Vaughn, I say the same things he says about me about him

Received the Peltors from Stu yesterday. It's not just a generous offering to help my daughter with safety but also more shop time for me.
