Good to see you found us. Great-looking shop, Rick. You've got bigger tools than me, in about half the space, but your shop somehow has more room to walk around than mine. Looks like a great place to work in.
BTW Mike, the vertical auxiliary fence looks similar to mine. Here are a few pics and a description of mine:
Vaughn, Thanks for the link to your fence. Classy work. BTW, with all the photos, it also answers another jig dilema I've had: In order to cut the same corner keys as you have, I cut a 45 V into a flat 2x4, attached a scrap of ply to one edge. I held the work piece with a clamp and ran the box corner over the blade using the V in the flat 2x4. Man was that crude. The 2x4 got chewed up in no time.
I completely forgot I have a table saw book with some other samples. But many years ago when I bought it, I didn't have the great General TS with a Bies fence that I do now. I'll have to revisit that book.
Your's and Rick's fence gives me some ideas for a drawing this weekend. Another BTW, after some cleaning out (getting set for shop tour pics) I found all my old tapes from early machinist (late 1960's) apprentice days.
