Wood anyone?

There was Internet chatter a month or so ago about another company the specialized in big chunks of chocolate. For some reason, I can't seem to find the website, but here's a pic of a pair of their bigger slabs.

Such a piece of wood deserves be used as is, cutting it in smaller pieces, would be stupid IMHO because it is easier and cheaper to get smaller logs.
And I'm not thinkinga about making a Nakashima style piece.
Putting a tool on that beauty would take me more than a month to be sure that the project I wanted to use it for, deserved such a beatiful and big piece of wood.:(
