    New Shop /Old Shop

Well , I am closing down one of my bays and down sizing from 60x60 to 30x60. I sent two 20 yard dumpsters out of here and I am on my 3rd 10 yarder. Can not believe the amount of stuff I collected over the past 15 years.

So I needed to rethink the shop, I am having a spray booth room built, this will be air tight or as best it can be. The air will come in from a filtered vent near the ceiling which is 12'
My son Jarrod re organized his work area.
Office goes from a front room with door to back room with no windows.

Sorry about the down sizing. From the looks of your shop though I can understand why. I got more work in my little one man shop then you have in yours.

Don the pic's are not showing the work load. We have 2 dinning room sets table and chairs , 3 chairs to be gilded, small Pembroke table, round table, 37 kitchen cabinet doors, big oak table and a couple other smaller items and another 48" round table. Once the one side is closed down it will begin to get very tight. LOL

I am finding that I have people waiting. I never liked to have them wait to bring there furniture in the shop but I will have to start. I liked to get it in here and get the pieces stripped as soon as possible for 1, it dries out and 2, if they call and reconsider I tell them the piece has been stripped. Then let them decided.

I can't even imagine a wood shop 60x60... that's like having a whole barn to play in.... even 30 x 60 is huge... good luck with the down sizing.. looks good to me.

My parents taught me to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder to find any.
