    cherry vase

    this is a small cherry vase i just finished. it is5 1/2 x4 1/4 finish is danish oil with laquar knocked down with 1500 wet dry paper. just thought i'd post as the wife liked it. thanks and all comments welcome as always.

    I like it! Nice curves and a great job on finishing! Is going to get better looking with time! How thin is it?

    Thank you steve it's 3/16 except where the top meets the base. in that curve i got a little thin it's only about 1/16 or less. with a light you can see just how thin it is.

    Stephan that is a great looking vase. I like the lines, form and the finish looks good.

    Thanks all.larry some times the camera does what i want and some times it has gremlins in it and it does what it wants.
