Pendant redux

Re do of my first one. What you couldn't see was the 3/32 stepped lip on the back. So this was the fix that came to mind. Mounted a 3/8" chunk of Mahogany and did the pocket watch thing. Also a really big 3" maple that's kinda so so. Still some clean up to do and 2 more coats of finish.

Looks like you are having fun! I stopped making them at about 150.

My wife kept a few but most went away about Christmas time along with many bowls and pens.

They are quick and fun... I think that this Christmas it will be bracelets instead of pendants.
 
Ummmm....yeah...uhhh...ok...lemme see.
Maple was drilled and one long cut done 4. 2nd long cut at 6 and little cresant at 2. Index plate at 0-0 for all cuts.
I just put a note book in the shop for note!
 
Thanks Jim, I think everyone has there own "code" for writing down their settings. My settings look something like this 0,3, (+3 -3). :huh: :dunno: I just hope I can remember what that means. :rofl:
