    My new dovetail Jig --

    This may be a repeat not sure.. but it arrived and partially assembled.

    Photos when I make my first cut..
    Remember the tea kettle - it is always up to its neck in hot water, yet it
    still sings!

    Hope you enjoy that Paul, looking forward to hearing how it works, I aint seen one of those before. Where did ya find it so i can look it up? What made you select this one over the other types. I like the fact that the router is in the table and not in ones hands.

    Bob,

    I looked at, read about several others. including Gifkins, and katie but I chose this one from MLCS. http://www.mlcswoodworking.com/shops...nt_system.html

    Ease of use, setup time, number of patterns, and the big thing was $$$$ were influencing factors that pushed me towards the MLCS jig.

    But the proof of a correct decision will be in the product. Hope to have a box made soon..

    The people on the RouterForum were split on the Gifkins and the Katie jigs and they are rather persuasive but I took the road less traveled.

    That's a neat lookin little system. Seems pretty simple to use and the price is right. Let us know how it works please.
