I just got a notice this morning via email.... Richard Raffin will be doing demo at Crossville, TN ... This was in an email from the local club, Smoky Mountain Wood Turners in Knoxville. The message was passed along by the club president from Jon Reiver, who is prewsident of the Cumberland Woodturners.... If Jon has anything displayed at the demo, it's worth a trip just to see his work... I saw several of his pieces at the Chattanooga Farmer's Market last summer... very impressive work... helluva nice guy too... he took some time to show me some of his work and a few pointers.
