This piece is all purchased wood, I usually use free wood for most of my turnings.
The pedestal and finial are katalox, the HF is maple burl and the accent ring is hard maple.
Total height is 12 inches

Very delicate looking finial. I think the height of it goes a long way to balance out the piece.

Nice job I did a couple of them this weekend my self. Would of posted them, but that storm did something to our main putter. I'm having to use wifes laptop, and it just don't work for me.
