Started about 9am and just quit now. I'm tired, but it felt good to get back to the lathe for a long stint. 9 bowls finished with 2 coats of danish oil, and 4 other rough outs. I'm doing a show with me dad on the 22nd so I needed to get a few pieces done.

The 4 on the left are oak the middle 4 are spalted hackberry and the big thick on on the far back right is spalted maple. I'll take some better pics this week once they are completly finished. Now it's time for a hot shower and a few cold ones....

Wow Jeff that is kicking rear end and taking names. That is a full day.

Vaughn beat me to it. I was also wondering why you would take a hot one and then a few cold ones??????????????????????????:dunno:

Thanks guys. :thumb:

I looked at them last night and a few need some sanding touch ups and then a few more coats of oil. This week's projects will be a few bottle stoppers and weed pots for some lower end priced things.
