    Interesting bits of fine print

I saw an ad today for the Laguna summer sweepstakes, and thought I'd enter. So I looked at the fine print/sweepstakes rules and I saw a couple of interesting bits under the section "Claiming Prizes":

    1. "Tennessee residents will not be required to sign Publicity Release as a condition of winning a prize."

    2. "Residents of Canada, in order to win, must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question administered by mail or e-mail at Sponsor's sole discretion."

Interesting fine print indeed. Here's some more info on the Canadian rule:

Looks like if any of our forum giveaways are won by a Canadian, we'll need to ask them a math question. [Hint to all Canadian members: The answer will be 4.]

Not sure about the background behind the Tennessee law, other than the fact that they have it.

Lets face it Vaughn, would you want a TN hillbilly representing your company?

My parents taught me to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder to find any.
If you go looking for trouble, it will usually find you.
